Return / Exchanges Policy

Please read this section carefully to ensure that your return is processed in a timely manner.

1. All products can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of being received.
2. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
3. All products must be returned in original packing materials.
4. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization form. Returns and/or exchanges will not be accepted unless authorization has been issued by findpowercord.com . To receive an RMA (Returns Merchandise Authorization), please send an email to admin@findpowercord.com with your order number and the details of the issue you are experiencing with your item.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper( 5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it(3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request ( 5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the " Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button, we'll notidy you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping 

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Orders placed on Sunday through Thursday are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Orders placed after 12:00 PM Pacific Time on Friday through Saturday are processed Monday morning. We have Free Shipping promotion for domestic Now.( Regular Shipping for domestic orders below $70, is US$6.99. Shipping for regular domestic orders over US$70, is US$ 8.99. Shipping for regular domestic orders over US$100, is $14.99. )
